How is Castor supporting the Coronavirus crisis?

Castor has joined the global fight against the Coronavirus by making our research data capture system available for free for all COVID-19 research projects. Castor is supporting more than 200 COVID-19 studies across the world, including the World Health Organization’s SOLIDARITY trial.

The Role

What you’ll do

You’ll be a Sales Engineer who puts our e-clinical software, including EDC, ePRO, eConsent, and DCT in front of researchers. Supporting sales demonstrations, sales enablement, technical customer queries, and product workshops, you’ll bring tailored and well-presented solutions, truly impacting clinical research:

  • Preparing, collaborating on, and delivering customer-focused solutions demos
  • Actively advising customers on Castor’s technical functionality for their clinical trials
  • Supporting and enabling sales colleagues throughout the new customer life-cycle
  • Aligning CS, Sales and Product teams on the most viable solution for prospective clients
  • Performing complex customer current state assessment to create compelling business cases

What you’ll bring

As a practiced solutions consultant with knowledge of the clinical research industry, you’ll bring excellent communication, planning, organizational, and presentation skills, amazing our customers with valued-add and tailored experiences:

  • Experience and knowledge of life science EDC, DCT, and other eClinical solutions
  • The ability to provide expert industry advice to help researchers plan for clinical trial success
  • Working knowledge of clinical trial processes and how technology supports researchers
  • The ability to produce and present technically focussed presentations and demos
