Join Our Product Team as an Intern!

Are you a bachelor/masters student with a passion for making a positive impact in the world of medical research? Do you have a knack for technology and an interest in product management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you!

What you’ll focus on

At our dynamic company, we operate in fast-paced two-week development cycles using Agile Scrum methodology to bring innovative features to the market promptly. We're seeking a Product Management Intern to help us enhance our team's efficiency and ensure our customers stay delighted with our products!

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Management Intern, you'll embark on an exciting journey. You may have a chance to support and experience the tasks below: 

• Collaborate closely with our Product Owner and the entire Castor team to discover new product possibilities.
• Craft new functionality with our customers in mind, conducting research and crafting user stories.
• Develop detailed requirements to streamline refinement sessions and expedite implementation.
• Assist in grooming and prioritizing our product backlog.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Product Owners and Engineers to ensure absolute clarity on requirements.
• Play a role in optimizing our UI/UX.
• Bring your innovative ideas to the table, and we'll tailor your role to accommodate them!

What we are looking for

We're ideally seeking a Bachelor or Master's student in the Netherlands with a commitment of 32 hours per week for a semester (4-6 months). Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• An interest in the world of medical research.
• Aspirations for a career in product management.
• A keen interest in software development, with the ability to identify and solve user problems.
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with computer systems.
• Adaptability to Agile/Scrum processes.
