What you’ll do
Joining our Talent Team, you’ll report to our TA Manager (Eric) and collaborate closely with our Tech & Product Talent Partner (Yulia), soon-to-be-hired Tech Talent Specialist, and collaborative hiring teams. Your role? Develop sourcing strategies and help to actively find technical talent across the globe, ensuring we scale our Engineering and Product Team with the right mix of quality and speed. With plans to make an additional 20 tech hires before the end of Q3 2021, you will:
Build and implement strategic sourcing plans for roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
Identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates into active job funnels
Running zoom interviews to assess skills, values alignment, and short-listing qualified leads
Collaborate on employer branding projects to help create engaging messaging and content
What you’ll bring
We're building out our sourcing team from scratch, so you’ll have the right mix of experience, aptitude, and passion for talent sourcing and market mapping. With the drive, connection, and passion for working in a diverse, dynamic, remote, and purpose-driven team, you’ll:
Be experienced as a Sourcer, Researcher or Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition space
Understand the mechanics of sourcing and being able to think outside the standard ‘sourcing toolbox'
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on multiple priorities independently
Bring a collaborative spirit, being energized by supporting and sparing with other recruiters
Bring the right mix of creativity and data-driven focus to your work
