How is Castor supporting the Coronavirus crisis?

Castor has joined the global fight against the Coronavirus by making our research data capture system available for free for all COVID-19 research projects. Castor is supporting more than 200 COVID-19 studies across the world, including the World Health Organization’s SOLIDARITY trial.

The Role

What you’ll do

As Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you are responsible for managing and optimizing Castor’s paid media channels. You will create Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social, and content syndication programs that align with our product and segment strategies, and drive increased ROI from these outlets. You’ll do this by:

  • Be responsible for lead generation and align with sales to meet annual MQL/SAL targets

  • Manage paid media and digital tactics including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Syndicated Content, etc.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Create audience targeting profiles and recommendations for engagement

  • Provide support to the Digital Marketing team in the execution of integrated campaigns

  • Optimize campaigns to continually improve outputs and adhere to industry best practices

  • Create monthly, quarterly, campaign-specific and as-needed measurement reports with in-depth analysis that will help drive future strategies

  • Form a robust retargeting strategy across paid media channels that nurtures prospects and targets key accounts

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure media spend is optimized and on track

What you’ll bring

You’re confident in the e-clinical domain space and you have an extensive background on social media platforms. You are a good team player, and you are also able to work independently.

  • Experience in media planning and buying, lead generation, and acquisition strategies

  • Experience in running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn

  • Knowledge of building ABM strategies that drive activity with key accounts

  • Must be familiar with web content best practices, including SEO, HTML, and uploading content to a WordPress CMS

  • An extreme sense of ownership and self-starter.

  • A relentless drive for excellence and a winning attitude
