What you’ll do
You will be leading a cross-functional agile team of Engineers and QA Specialists and supporting the hiring process of a rapidly scaling organization. You’ll do this by:
Identifying gaps in Engineering and resolving them through adjustments to our hiring plan;
Collaborating with and mentoring engineers, championing their technical growth;
Designing, building, and debugging cutting-edge technology that is being used by a growing number of medical researchers;
Analyzing performance data together with the rest of the team and optimizing bottlenecks;
Deconstructing stakeholder requirements to model optimal, scalable, solutions;
Ensuring your teammates are set up for professional and career development

What you’ll bring
Being a savvy and seasoned software engineer, you’re enjoying hands-on programming challenges and are eager to motivate others.
You’ll definitely have:
Experience in scaling up SaaS products and teams;
Extensive practical experience in at least one technical discipline for Backend, Frontend, or Infrastructure;
A positive approach to mentoring and supporting others in their development;
Experience in testing in an Agile environment;
