How is Castor supporting the Coronavirus crisis?

Castor has joined the global fight against the Coronavirus by making our research data capture system available for free for all COVID-19 research projects. Castor is supporting more than 200 COVID-19 studies across the world, including the World Health Organization’s SOLIDARITY trial.

What you'll focus on

As a Product Training Specialist, you are responsible for the overall management, delivery, and continual enhancement of our product training for both internal teams and our customers. This entails building out content for and delivering instructor-led training sessions as well as ownership of Castor Academy (Castor’s online training solution):

Produce content for and deliver end-user training in different modalities (live instructor-led sessions, recorded sessions, online content including testing, etc.)
Partner with Customer Success Leadership to identify product knowledge and skill gaps across the CS team
Build effective business relationships with various groups within the organization including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Product in order to identify training priorities, gather information, and define goals for the audience
Develop polished training materials, sessions, and assessments in a variety of formats, including formal presentations, eLearning, asynchronous learning materials, and videos

What you’ll bring

You are passionate about working with adult curriculum development & delivery and have experience working across multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led and virtual training:

You have experience as a product trainer or from a similar role, preferably from a SaaS-organization and/or the life sciences
You have excellent presentation skills, love to engage with your audience and can communicate with learners at all levels and stages of their development
You're experienced in onboarding and training in decentralized environments using conference tools and LMS capabilities to meet learning objectives
You've created, administered, and tracked training and/or onboarding modules in an LMS
