How is Castor supporting the Coronavirus crisis?

Castor has joined the global fight against the Coronavirus by making our research data capture system available for free for all COVID-19 research projects. Castor is supporting more than 200 COVID-19 studies across the world, including the World Health Organization’s SOLIDARITY trial.

The Role

What you’ll do

As our Customer Support Specialist, you are a trusted customer advisor, responsible for assisting our users and providing them with a rewarding experience. You’ll do this by:


  • Responding to a variety of customer inquiries via email, webchat, and phone
  • Supporting with client onboarding activities and training services
  • Contributing to and improving our documentation, generating new content ideas to help our customers
  • Implementing new strategies to scale up and improve our customer support


What you’ll bring

You leverage strong interpersonal communication skills by streamlining the customer experience in fast-paced SaaS organizations. You also bring:


  • Relevant experience in Tier 1 Customer Support
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and confidence
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A “can do” mentality - being collaborative, agile, resourceful, and consistently engaged
  • An interest in the medical research world and affinity for software and related technologies
