Technical Customer Success Specialist

What you’ll do

You’ll provide expert resolution to our clinical research customers technical challenges. Asking the right questions, you’ll ensure our customers adopt, utilize and maximize value from our healthtech products, whilst celebrating their successes, creating Castor ambassadors.


  • Own full-cycle technical customer issues
  • Act as a skilful product specialist, responding with speed and accuracy to customer queries
  • Collaborate to translate customer challenges and needs into product requirements
  • Support the pre-sales process by identifying suitable technical solutions


What you’ll bring

  • Experience in customer success, technical customer support or medical informatics
  • An affinity for tech, with the ability to dive deep into, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • A helpful and empathetic character with a drive and a knack for problem resolution
  • An analytical mind and strong communication skills to drive positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, clinical research? Even better!
