What you’ll do

Joining as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to support our global sales organization's growth, working with our New York-based Head of Sales, Frank Cesaro. How? By increasing sales efficiency and developing new business processes. Working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, you’ll identify new sales strategies and look for unique ways to help improve long term growth by:


  • Sales Process Improvement,  Salesforce & Salesloft
  • Training users on Salesforce sales process and compliance 
  • Strong Emphasis on core company KPIs 
  • Improving sales data quality to enable sales process improvement 
  • Building quarterly business review decks and dashboards to track and report on key sales metrics
  • Enabling the leadership team with the development and operation of a framework for quota and target setting, attainment, forecasting, and win/loss analysis to improve sales velocity


What you’ll bring

You’ll have a proactive, hands-on approach to provide insights into Castor’s overall business health. Being a strong collaborator with top-notch multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, you’ll ensure we continue successfully on our international journey, bringing clinical research into the 21st Century. You’ll also bring:


  • Expert knowledge in working with Salesforce Salescloud
  • Experience with data analysis, lead/channel attribution, modeling, and reporting
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to extract insights from data
  • The ability to meet critical deadlines and work with urgency
  • Experience working in fast-growing or changing environments - in SaaS? Even better!
