Who is Castor?

Castor is a leading cloud-based clinical data platform working with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, biopharmas, and renowned academic institutes.

How is Castor supporting the Coronavirus crisis?

Castor has joined the global fight against the Coronavirus by making our research data capture system available for free for all COVID-19 research projects. Castor supports more than 200 COVID-19 studies globally, including the World Health Organization’s SOLIDARITY trial.

What you’ll do

As Senior Product Design Manager, you will collaborate across the business to drive and improve our products and services, contributing to a world-class product development cycle. Design is a crucial pillar. You will ensure we continue to maximize the impact of clinical research worldwide by:

• Growing, managing, and mentoring our UX and design team;
• Working with colleagues from Engineering, QA, and Product to define a smooth and effective product development cycle;
• Maintaining standards and processes that ensure quality UX and design outcomes for the business;
• Supporting customer outreach and insight initiatives within a business.

What you’ll bring

You are a natural people facilitator, and, together with your people collaboration skills, you always seek ways to delight users and continuously contribute to the strategic vision of the product. You’ll bring:

• Top-notch design skills, proven by the experience of leading design for complex B2B SaaS products;
• The ability to coach, motivate, develop and support a team a growing team;
• A collaborative attitude: you are a strong communicator, and you stay hungry to learn from everybody around you
• A self-starter and hands-on mentality: you can adapt, prioritize and thrive in an agile environment.
