Are you a successful sales professional with an expertise forming commercial medical research (CROs) partnerships and a strong knowledge of the clinical trial process?

What you’ll do

Joining the fastest growing HealthTech startup in the Netherlands, you’ll play a pivotal role in building new commercial medical research partnerships across EMEA (and maybe even globally!), accelerating our revenue streams by selling our EDC platform:

  • Owning your quota and revenue number through securing deals in the 10k - 100k range

  • Identifying, cultivating and converting key commercial research clients into new business

  • Evangelizing Castor’s growing product portfolio and innovation in medical research

  • Being an organizational advisor, trailblazing trends within your market segment and upskilling our team

What you’ll bring

An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative sales DNA! Using the influencing skills of a warrior, you’ll know how to communicate with C-level stakeholders, leveraging leading edge sales solutions and pitch perfect presentations to secure new business:

  • Strong experience of cultivating 5 and 6 figure business deals within the commercial medical research space (eg. medical devices, pharmaceuticals, CROs)

  • A deep understanding of how medical research and the clinical trials process works

  • A proactive approach to targets and confident communication skills to identify, develop and close deals
