The opportunity - Lead our European Sales team

We have a fast growing global sales team working across the US and Europe. Led by our Global Head of Sales and built out with BDRs, AEs, BDMs and Sales Operations support, the team aims to partner with new clients and develop commercial accounts across the clinical research industry (eg. CROs, pharma/biotech and medical device companies).

What you’ll do

As a coach, mentor, developer, leader and ‘chief relationship builder’ for our European sales, you’ll ensure our sales organisation is primed for success as we continue to expand across EMEA (and internationally!). Your focus will be to:

  • Set, own and report on, team-based, sales volume and velocity targets
  • Maintain sales dynamics, leading by example with a positive, open and ambitious culture
  • Partner and collaborate across Castor to improve workflows, ensuring sales are set for success
  • Contribute on developing expansion plans for our current commercial accounts

What you’ll bring

Engaging with our purpose of faster, smarter medical research, you’ll bring a proactive sales spirit to the team. Balancing leadership and sales responsibilities, whilst supporting our dynamic business to scale, you’ll:

  • Be an experienced sales professional who’s led, built and coached successful SaaS sales teams
  • Experience as an operational and cross-team leader who can manage day-to-day challenges
  • Experience developing repeatable sales processes and a strong understanding of sales funnel metrics
