Are you a successful business development professional with an expertise serving the commercial medical research market?

What you’ll do

Joining one of the fastest growing HealthTech companies in the world, you’ll play a pivotal role anchoring Castor in the U.S, shaping rock-solid relationships and accelerating revenue by:

  • Owning your quota and revenue number by securing deals in the 30k - 100k range

  • Identifying, cultivating and converting key commercial clients into new business

  • Evangelizing Castor’s growing product portfolio and innovation in medical research

  • Being an organizational advisor, trailblazing trends within your market segment

  • Driving Castor’s commercial strategy in collaboration with leadership and colleagues

What you’ll bring

An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative DNA! Using the influencing skills of a warrior, you’ll know how to leverage leading edge sales solutions to identify and secure new business:

  • Strong experience of cultivating 5 and 6 figure deals in the clinical research space

  • A deep understanding of how medical research and the clinical trials process works

  • A solid and growing network of connections in the commercial healthcare space

  • A proactive approach to targets and confident communication skills to identify, develop and close deals
