What you’ll do
You’ll provide ‘knock-your-socks-off’ solutions for our US and UK based clinical research customers. Asking the right questions, you’ll ensure our customers adopt, utilise and maximise value from our healthtech products, whilst celebrating their successes, creating Castor ambassadors:
Partner with customers to understand goals, translating these into perfect processes
Collaborate internally to translate customer challenges and needs into product requirements
Act as a skillful product specialist, responding with speed and accuracy to customer queries
Assist in progressing and developing customer success projects (i.e. customer onboarding plans)
What you’ll bring
You’ll believe our customers hold the key to Castor’s success. You’ll have an affinity with the healthtech world, using your excellent communication and presentation skills to amaze our customers with rewarding experiences, ensuring we truly maximise research impact!
Experience in customer success, customer account management or business consultancy
An analytical mind with the ability to develop and drive projects, always with the customer in mind
A helpful and empathetic character with a drive and knack for problem resolution
Knowledge of, or experience in, commercial research? Even better!
Fluency in English. Spreek Je Nederlands? Te Gek!
