What you’ll do

It’ll be up to you to take Castor to the next level in the U.S (which should be a piece of cake with our high customer satisfaction ratings). You’ll research, identify and steward incoming leads whilst conducting and converting outbound sales to generate new and continuous revenue growth:


  • Use ‘007-like’ skills to identify and convert sales opportunities in all you do!

  • Attend events, using your intuition and confidence to secure new customers

  • Engaging with a National user network, organizing demo’s and building client repertoires

  • Lead on full sales cycles, supporting the design of pitch perfect processes


What you’ll bring

Our Rembrandt of sales! You’ll be a passionate, results-oriented and experimental bravado. Using self-motivation, commercial confidence and curiosity, knocking the socks of clients will be your ‘A-game’:


  • The motivation to outperform on business-to-business sales targets

  • Articulate, clear, adventurous and persuasive written and oral communications skills

  • Resilience, perseverance and an ability to tactfully overcome objections

  • An empathetic approach and active listening skills to understand your clients needs
