What you’ll do

It'll be your challenge to help accelerate Castor's growth the U.S (which should be a piece of cake with our high customer satisfaction ratings). You’ll research, identify and steward inbound sales enquiries whilst conducting and converting outbound sales to generate new and continuous revenue growth:


  • Be savvy, smart and speedy when replying to inbound customer enquiries

  • Engaging with a National user network, organising demo’s and building client repertoires

  • Actively move clients into the sales cycle, processing inbound enquiries and qualifying leads

  • Conducting some outbound sales to accelerate our new business pipeline


What you’ll bring

You’ll be passionate, resilient, results-oriented and experimental. Using self-motivation, great listening skills, emotional intelligence and curiosity, you'll 'knock-the-socks' off clients with awesome questions:


  • The motivation to outperform on sales targets

  • Articulate, clear and persuasive written and oral communications skills

  • Perseverance and an ability to tactfully overcome objections

  • An empathetic approach to understand your clients needs to ensure you get the right information
