What you’ll do

You'll join one of the fastest growing HealthTech companies in the world with over 29,000 users, conducting 3500 studies, in 50 countries, providing us with millions of data points and a glowing 56+ average NPS! You’ll deliver expertise to our academic and commercial clinical clients by providing daily account management and operational support that retains and grows value:

  • Building strategic relationships with clients by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor 

  • Proactively planning growth for existing clients to retain and grow revenue 

  • Collaborating with engineers, product guru’s and sales specialists to ensure clients are set for success   

  • Updating the CRM to ensure company visibility and proactive account management

What you’ll bring

An entrepreneurial and customer centric spirit! Using articulate, persuasive and influential communication skills, you’ll know how to leverage our healthtech product and eClinical solutions to meet your clients needs, securing renewals and growing our ARR:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a direct customer growth role

  • Experience supporting customers in the eClinical, healthtech or medical/clinical research space

  • The ability to quantify successes in increasing revenue from existing customers

  • A flair for client communications with strong interpersonal skills

  • A take-initiative attitude and proactive approach to client needs/issues
