Are you a ‘conversion champion’ who can transform inbound and outbound sales leads into new business partnerships?


What you’ll do

Joining Castor's sales team at our Amsterdam HQ, you’ll help us maximize the impact of clinical research! You’ll complete full sales cycles to generate new commercial research customers across the medical device, biotech and pharmaceutical markets:


  • Understand and present Castor’s SaaS product offering to inspire prospect interest

  • Qualifying and generating new business opportunities which increase revenue

  • Meeting and challenging yourself to exceed performance targets

  • Supporting the design of pitch perfect processes, conducting sales presentations and demos of Castors platform


What you’ll bring

Engaging with our purpose of faster, smarter medical research, you’ll bring a results-oriented and entrepreneurial sales spirit to Castor! Using self-motivation and commercial confidence, ‘knocking the socks’ of clients will be your ‘A-game’:


  • Experience working with eClinical products or life-science software solutions 

  • A strong track record of performing to and exceeding sales targets 

  • Articulate, adventurous and persuasive written and oral communications skills 

  • An empathetic approach and active listening skills to understand your clients needs
