Are you a successful sales professional with an expertise serving the commercial medical research (CROs) market and strong knowledge of clinical trials?


What you’ll do

Joining one of the fastest growing HealthTech companies in the world, you’ll play a pivotal role anchoring Castor in the U.S, shaping new relationships and accelerating revenue by:


  • Owning your quota and revenue number through securing deals in the 30k - 100k range

  • Identifying, cultivating and converting key commercial research clients into new business

  • Evangelizing and talking about Castor’s growing product portfolio and innovation in medical research

  • Being an organizational advisor, trailblazing trends within your market segment


What you’ll bring

An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative DNA! Using the influencing skills of a warrior, you’ll know how to 

communicate with clinical trial managers and leverage leading edge sales solutions to secure new business:


  • Strong experience of cultivating 5 and 6 figure business deals within the medical research space

  • Knowledge of eClinical platforms or a specializm with EDCs or other healthtech SaaS products

  • A deep understanding of how medical research and the clinical trials process works

  • A proactive approach to targets and confident communication skills to identify, develop and close deals
